Vivera Tomato Mozzarella Schnitzel
This schnitzel has been to Italy! It is filled with delicious mozzarella and tomato sauce.
Pan: Fry in hot oil or margarine for approx. 7 minutes on medium heat.
Oven: Heat for approx. 12 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 225 °C. Turn over half way.
Vegetarian schnitzel filled with tomato and mozzarella based on soy and wheat protein. The product contains added iron and vitamin B12.
Ingredients: 48% rehydrated SOY- and WHEAT PROTEIN, 17% tomato filling (water, 5% tomatoes, 3% tomato puree, onion, modified potato starch, garlic, herbs and spices, salt, olive oil, vinegar, sugar), bread crumbs (WHEAT FLOUR, salt, herbs and spices, yeast), 4% MOZZARELLA (MILK, starter culture, potato starch, salt, rennet), sunflower oil, potato starch, CHICKEN EGG PROTEIN (free range), pea fibres, WHEAT FIBRES, water, flavourings, herbs and spices, WHEAT STARCH, WHEAT FLOUR, onion, garlic, salt, maltodextrin, maize starch, iron and vitamin B12.
Produced in an operation where lupine is also processed.
