Vivera Burger

The Vivera Burger is an unbreaded product with a wonderful taste and a good bite. 

Heating instructions:
Pan: Fry in hot oil or margarine for approx. 6 minutes on a medium heat.
Overn: Heat for approx. 10 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 225 °C. Turn over half way.
Airfryer: Heat for approx. 5 minutes in the airfryer at 175 °C.

Vegetarian burger based on soy and wheat protein. The product contains added iron and vitamin B12.

Ingredients: 72% rehydrated SOY and WHEAT PROTEIN, potato starch, sunflower oil, red onion, onion, CHICKEN EGG PROTEIN (free range), natural flavouring, dextrose, flavouring, onion powder, WHEAT FIBRE, salt, herbs and spices, garlic powder, tomato powder, maltodextrin, iron and vitamin B12.

Produced in an operation where milk (lactose) and lupine are also processed.
