Vivera balls are lightly seasoned and have a good bite. These balls are delicious as a snack, but they also fit perfectly into a pasta sauce with tomatoes and vegetables.
Pan: Fry in hot oil or margarine for approx. 6 minutes on medium heat.
Oven: Heat for approx. 7 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 225 °C. Turn over half way.
Airfryer: Heat for approx. 5 minutes in the airfryer at 175 °C.
Vegetarian balls based on soy and wheat protein. The product contains added iron and vitamin B12.
Ingredients: 71% rehydrated SOY- and WHEAT PROTEIN, potato starch, sunflower oil, onion, CHICKEN EGG PROTEIN (free range), flavourings, herbs and spices, WHEAT FIBRE, salt, potato fibre, onion powder, dextrose, maltodextrin, iron, vitamin B12.
Produced in an operation where milk (lactose) and lupine are also processed.
